MY CAR WON'T START.....ALREADY CHECKED THESE THINGS.....AND NOTHING!!!!!!
So my 1990 honda accord won't start. Just happened over night. When I turn the key I just get a "click" from under the left side of the dash. No engine play or nothing. Just a click from the left side of the dash.
I just had the starter tested and it is Good condition. ( I had baught one buy decided to return it after I found out the one I have is good )
I have had the battery tested, it is good condition as well.
So I Thaught it might be the STARTER RELAY from underneath the dash. I ordered a new one from honda and put it in today. AND NOTHING, still just getting a click.
I have full power in the interior when the car is in the "ON" position, and the car runs good after I start it with my "ghetto screwdriver on the starter trick".
Any Ideas of what it could be. Any help would be great.

i have my $ on the main relay under the dash. same thing happened to my car after i bought a new battery, plugs & wires, & a new distributor.
I have the same problem. I cannot start my 94 accord when I leave it for overnight after work. Atfer starting, it runs perfectly fine, if the engine is still warm, you can easily start it.
It will be greatly appreciated if any one can give any suggestion. Thank you in advance.

I would start with the ignition switch on the back of the key cylinder/ the electrical portion. If it was the main realy the car would just crank and crank and you would smell no gas. But if its not even turning over go with the ignition switch.
I was trying to start my 94 accord yesterday, at the beginning, there was not sound when turn the switch, I tried a few times, some "click" came. After quite more few tries, it started. I directly drove to a garage. They will check it on Monday. I still do not understand what is going on. The mechanic told me that it may be starter problem. Could you tell me that is true? How much to replace it?
Thank you very much.
