Default oil leak around head, what could be wrong? plus how can I make my exhaust more quiet?

I have oil leaking out from around the head on my b16. I recently changed the head gasket, and head. Its only leaking on the exhaust side from what I can tell. I torqued the bolts like the service manual says.

Also is stock b16 (euro/ jdm) exhaust tubing 2.25" just like the Si, and will a 24", 26" or 30" Dynomax Thrush Glasspack or a 18" Dynomax Ultra Flo Welded Muffler work better in place of my stock resonator to quiet down my exhaust?
