in WA state.. and yes it has the blue tint glass..

please stop comparing these to ebay ones, cause their not that cheap, made. these are powered, plus i bought them for 120 so dont offer me 35 shipped for em.

ive compared em to my friends ebay crap ones, and theres a big difference, and mine are well made. lets just say, u get what you paid for.
