Im just making up a quick estimation, but the trans is worth like $1500.
Its a rebuilt/modified GSR tranny:::
I installed GearSpeed carbon-coated synchros (3-5th gears)
Installed an ITR LSD with new type bearings and shims
Replaced 5th gears with that of an LS for better MPG
I suppose if youre willing to add in that price, plus another $50 for the ecu, I would consider it.
total = $4350...
BUT Id cut a deal and do 4000 cash
