Default clutch fork questions!

when i pull on the clutch fork with my hand.. should i feel alot of resistance as if i couldnt push the pressure plate fingers? i know that the cable on the fork and you foot on the clutch makes enough mechanical advantage to push the fingers but should i not be able to pull up on the fork with just my hand?

There will be alot of resistence. You will be able to move the fork pretty freely until the bearing hits the pressure plate springs, then it will stop. If you use both hands and REALLY pull up on it, you should be able to get it to move.
