Default F/H series alt. question

I'm currently saving up for a H22A swap in my 95' Accord and just yesterday my stock alternator died on me. I'm wondering if the stock alternator from a 95' EX sedan works on a H22? Because if it does I'm going to buy a nice high output alternator to replace my dead one since it will work on my H22 later, and if it doesnt there isnt much of a point of buying a new/nice alternator if it wont work on my new motor when I get it.

And if it will fit both motors, does it matter which alternator I get? Like would the H22A one be nicer than the F22B one? Or are they the same?
