Highest CR on 95/96 Octane

Highest CR on 95/96 Octane?
With 95/96 Octane, is it possible to have 12.5 or 13:1.0 CR? That is ofcourse with tuning! I'm thinking of doing this to my b16a. If I were to go with this setup, which pistons, rods, head gasket combo should I save up for?
I'd like to try N/A for once
