Does the TPS sensor have anything to do with vtec engagement? Thanks

 

yes. vtec will not engage unless you're above a certain throttle position. if the tps isnt working correctly you will have problems.

 

what does it mean when u have no voltage at idle but open is 5 volts like it should be. im throwing a #7 and its causeing me not to hit vtec why whould i not have a reading at idle. could it be due to my 70 mm tb? plz help
