just like the title says, i have 15inch ROTA sub zero's that are all black. They do not come with tires. They are in great condtion and clean as hell. If you want i can also do something like black with a thin red lip (like the group n's) or something for you too for a lil more. because i was going to do that if i kept em for myself. rims have very minor curbage anyways the price is $325. and i'm located in NOVA
