Default How bad is this damage on my head, how to fix??

UPS just delivered my head. Was packaged ok, but possibly could have been dropped during shipping. The damage is on the intake side, on the lower right corner of the picture. The dent/damage causes the cam cap to not sit flush on the head. What are my options??

The easiest and cheapest way to fix that is to grind it down with a dremel or something similar The expensive way is to have it milled on top and lign bored and honed. That usually runs about $200.

A file and some RTV as long as the cap bolt goes in. No biggie.
