no you can't use an is300, when they refer it as the altezza grille they mean the mesh grille similar to the altezza. is your em2 an 01-03 or 04-05?

 

if your em2 is a 01-03 here you go.

or if you have an 04-05 you're either looking at grillecraft (pricey) or diy

 

never mind. i see you have an 04 civic i dont think they make one. i been looking 4 one myself, i seen a few people fit the 01-03 grill and i looks good.
