question about my gas readings... does anyone else have a problem with the fourth gen fuel meter jumping ... it goes from three bars to six then back to four its kinda annoying any help would be great

 

your fuel sending unit could be sticking( part above the sock that reads the amount of fuel in the tank)

 

how would i go about unsticking it

Pull the cover ( 4 phillips head screws) then a few 10 or 8mm nto sure which bolts under that cover you just removed. Pull out the fuel pump assembly and see if the arm moves feely or binds. Had the happens on two or three ludes but it rare just and Idea. Goodluck

 

and the cover is where??? i know thats a stupid question

 

Trunk up near the back seat . The only dumb questions are ones not asked ( well sometimes )
