Production 2000 ITR #001 on ebay
I was shocked to see #001 on ebay thought you guys might want to see

Hrm. Pictures leave a lot to be desired. Civic seats, what kind of exhaust? close up of the sides, are they OEM? etc. etc. Also, I seriously doubt it's #0001. That would make it the 1st PY ever produced in the US 0.o
I wouldn't bid on it based on the photos.

The VIN for this caR does have the first ITR serial number for 2000, 000929, so it's certainly possible for it to be #0001.
I emailed the seller when this was listed a couple weeks ago. He seemed very open about descriptions and willing to let people come check out the car prior to the auction ending.

I am just skeptical about buying cars on Ebay. I mean, why does he have civic seats in there? Why a close up of the rear seats but none of the trunk or the front seats in the car? And especially with 107k origional miles and his bolt on modifications, I'd want to see a compression and leakdown before bidding.
