So this is kind of a progressing problem. sometimes it starts right up, other times it does this...

mostly in the AM, or after the car has sat all day at work etc, it cranks, fires almost immediately, then dies.

crank, crank, fire, stall. usually it would do it once, and the second time fires up and runs fine. But this morning and the last couple days, it will fire and stall a few times before I actually get it to stay running and idle for more than a split second. OnceI get it going and get it warmed up, I can turn the car off, and start it right back up. Only thing I can think (that hasnt already been changed) is main relay, but I dont know the first thing about that, and if that could be the problem:

I have changed:
plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and fuel filter, all in the past couple months.

 

Can you hear the fuel pump prime when you put the key in the ACC position? Thats one way to tell if the main relay might be an issue.

 

Yup fuel pump primes everytime loud and clear. Sometimes when it doesnt start, it just chokes and I prime it first then it will either do the above (fire and die right out) or it will start up and run
