Default Seat Restoration, How to take out headrest mount?

I came across some Civic Si seats, but unfortunately there's a hole in driver's side fabric. I have a donor seat that uses the same outer black fabric so I plan to test my sewing skills here shortly, should be fun.

Anyhow, I can't get the headrest mount off the damn seat, I already broke one of the prongs that goes into the seat. It's the only thing holding the fabric on at this point. Have any of you done this before?

Here's some pics:

Headrest Mount:

Back of seat, fabric is pulled up, exposing the remaining prong of the headrest mount:

The 2 tabs that hold the headrest plastic mount(the 1 tab is shown in the pic) must be pressed in then removed. Here is a link of interest you will wanna look at.

I recovered my 91 Si driver seat with the pass side seat cover. Looks brand new!!

FYI, There is a screw that's holds the headrest mount in place as well. You have to pull out the tab that adjusts the headrest height (as seen in the first picture), and you'll see the screw, it's located right underneath the tab.
