hey i just had a quick question

are itr recaro srd's the same material as usdm itr rear seats?
and if anyone had pics that would be appreciated.

Actually, SRD's are black with red stitching, but the entire SRD is covered in the material from the center of the USDM OEM R Seats, the black perferated fabric. The SRD's do not have any of the Alcantara Suede which covers the bolsters of the USDM and the JDM Recaros. They match perfectly from 10 feet, but when you get close, you see that they do not have the Alcantara on the bolsters....

 

jdm recaros are srd's , and it seems thats what the op was refering to, i dont think he meant us srd's

yeah if your lookin at jdm itr srd's up front and us spec rear itr seats they are the same fabric and look great together

black/red jdm itr recaros look just like us spec itr seats, and with the red jdm itr recaros, some canadian spec itrs got red seats that look just the same also, but they can get pretty pricy, but with the yellows all thats availble is black with yellow stich itr rear seats, but theres matching black with yellow stich steering wheel and shift boot

that was exactly what i was looking for cuz i have jdm itr's and my friend is gonna sell me his us spec rear seats

Are you smoking crack?

I have both the USDM seats, and JDM Recaro SRD's and they are the same. Center is the "perforated" material and the outsides are the alcantra.

And to the OP, yes they will match with the rears. Only difference on the rear of the JDM seats, is the center of them the USDM will have a plastic center, and the JDM ones are fabric just like the rest of the seats.

 

Is the fabric on the door panels exactly the same as the center perferated fabric of the seats? Thanks

I think the panels are made to "look" the same, but they aren't. The panels are tweed I believe, and I don't think that the seats are. The little breather holes seem to be the same pattern though.

Tell y'all what, I'll go take a few pics, clear up some confusion. How'd that be?

Now does anyone know were to buy that ****? Does recaro sell it or is it a acura fabric? Maybe non acura spec srd's have it?

i have the SRD's and they are all fabric. the JDM ITR's are suede outside, the SRD is all fabric..and it says recaro on the top of the seat, the JDM ITR seats, it says it under the harness hole ......Right?
