Default Question about the life of a turbo.

I need to know how many miles you can generally put on a turbo before it needs to be replaced/rebuilt. Also, how will I be able to tell if my turbo (t3/t4) needs to be replaced/rebuilt?. I drive alot of miles on my car and turbo, and just want to know what u guys think. thanks.

It all really depends on how wel you take care of it. If you use the right oil...properly let it cool down and warm up. I think the main thing to look at is if there is any shaft play.
