Regular AEM CAI vs. AEM Hybrid CAI

Which one will perform and give better results? I believe that the Hybrid CAI is 3" than the regular 2.75" CAI... Can someone enlighten me? Thanks

i believe they were supposed to be same except will fit with no modification. plus the fact that it is CARB legal.
