I just moved down here to work for a company that my shop is a distributor for. Right now all of my equipment is in their shop space while I sell my house in NJ and look for space down here.

The building we are in is brand new. I think we are paying about 1450 a month for 2k sq with them building the offices to spec.

I was going to look into getting the unit next door so that I could just go 10 feet at the end of my work day to get whatever work I need to get done there.

Wanted to see if there was anyone looking to get out of a cramped house garage or driveway even and wanted to maybe split some shop space.

I do mostly VW/Audis so it would be a nice pairing to maybe get a honda/acura person in there. Just combing some of the stuff we each do could mean for some great cars/products.

Also the company I work for during the day will be getting an AWD dyno sometime before the end of the year. It won't be open to the public for rent but there may be a way to allow access to someone I share space with for a small fee, I'd have to talk with the company and my boss when the dyno finaly comes.
