Last year a couple of the Toronto R's took a drive over to Mosport to watch the RTR’s... myself included. Well, on the way back from the park we were all pulled over by an OPP marked cruiser on hwy 401, apparently traveling 140 in a posted 100 zone.

Well had my court date yesterday, not only didn’t the OPP officer show, but the X-Copper paralegal that I hired to fight the ticket did not bother showing up either...

Therefore, the charges were dropped and I am going to receive a full refund because of the X-Copper's absence... GIDDY UP!

It pays to fight tickets. You never know what will happen.... TAKE THAT BABY NSX!

ooo and by the way I was doing at least 150....

 

You have just made my weekend!! Great news!

We will have to meet soon and have a laugh over this!

it's kind of funny, how these "STORIES" started. pretty childish

mmm i don't understand why ppl would want to making up stories. it's making me think twice about people that i call "FRIENDS"


we all share one common interest, and that's our car. It's great that we meet good people but it's making me sick how stupid stories are started like this.


i think we should all stop with the stories and start putting those time in our cars.

This happened to me once, accept instead of the cop not showing up, he did show up and my Points lawyer decided to take the day off. So i nearly got the entire fine, 3 points and $120 fine (Roughly), i was soo pissed off went into the Points office, the guy picked up the phone, got another court date, and i walked off scott free

It's all a big game. Cop gives you a ticket, you get a ticket fighter who's friends with the judges and cops, he goes in and "fights it" *more like talks to his buddies and has a few beers*, everyone get's paid and you get off, or walk away with a lesser fine.

It's pure BS ...

bah well what are you going to do
