Default QuickShots of 2000 ITR #739

yes shes a little dirty and no i didnt scratch the lip it was already there when i purchased it

decided to do some quick shots of my itr because i just dropped her on some PIC coilovers. 8k/6k

the car is slammed for now, ill be gettin the skunk2 camber kit this weekend and raising it up just a bit.

ride quality? its not as bad as i thought it would be for being that low. its a little bumpy but overall id give it a 9/10

my old ride in the BG 04 TSX 6SPD

Looks like a stealth fighter sitting that low with those tinted windows.

Get some flat black spoons and you'll have a car even Darth Vader would envy.

nice whip...if it was me i'd raise the front up a lil, take the tints off and swap the emblems out for Honda and "H" s front and rear...then i'd wash and wax the fu*k out of it...

Did you ever figure out the issues with the motor? Looks like you are taking good care of her.

to PIC. I'll be putting another set on my new DD soon. Tint will be right after that, along with the mentioned flat black spoons...

And yes, I'll be going for the Vader look.

thanx for all the positive comments fellas

i believe the tints are 15% or 20% the 1st owner had the tint installed so im not sure, but its darker than my tsx(25%)

i havent found out what is wrong with the motor, but it seems to be running fine right now i think i was just paranoid because i heard what had happend before i purchased the car

next mod? rear strut bar then ill be takin it to the track
id also be interested in your spoonheader you got going for sale soon

The Vader look is over rated mang.

No sense in being paranoid about the the car. We were messing with you. That car was immaculate when Jim owned her. I hope you treat her well and I am thinking of getting some of us together sometime, you can come if you want.

I don't understand the concept of lowering an ITR. Isn't the suspension deisgned perfectly? Why would you want to mess with an ITR suspension when it was clearly perfected?

I am a noob so forgive me if I am wrong.

That's exactly what i've often thought too. If Honda got the right balance of ride, handling and comfort, why throw on aftermarket suspension that must surely upset it? Sure it'll be lower, but is an improvement in looks worth a sacrifice in handling?

Slightly n00b to the finer points of DC2 set ups myself too, so likewise forgive my ignorance.
