k so normaly my R idles at a little under 900rpm but every so often when i rip it or drive for awhile it starts to idle at 1100 rpm..and when it idles at 1100rpm my vtec doesnt kick in..when it happens i just turn off my car and turn it back on.does anyone kno whats wrong with it...oh and the lights on the right side of my dash is out..but it lights up every now and than..

well its a 99 with a jdm motor dont know which year tho..how do i find out?
