Default Honda prelude doch v-tech engine mod. Is it posible???

Hey ppl. Its nice to meet everyone on this site and to be here. I'm new and i have some questions regarding Honda prelude engine mod that i was thinking the other day. well here goes. I am a student now and money is tight but fortune favored me and got a prelude at a more than fair price. It's something I've been thinking ever since i learned what dodge is . My mother language is Greek so i don't know car terminology in English and for that please be patient. Is it possible for a dodge v-tech engine like the h22 that comes with Honda preludes to modify and make it work as follow : 2 states of function 1) only the 2 pistons work on the same crank shaft and the other 2 are off resulting to a power and consumption loss... 2) All pistons work for that sweet 200 horsepower you bought the car for. I understand that such a mod may require huge or total engine rebuilt as the valve timing and crank shaft degrees goes and a new electronic controller for the engine. Now you may thing why on the world would you want to cripple your engine like that??? the reason is simple . you stay in traffic and watch snails passing by faster than you and the engine runing as usual . it's annoying to spend the same amount of gas to get to work as you would traveling to the next city 100 kilometers away and back....
This mod is just like the new camaro consept engine only instead if cutting a v8 in 2 v4s i want to turn a s4 in 2 s2 :D.

Thanks in advance.

If you're a student and low on cash, don't expect to come anywheres near this.

You might be able to pull something like that off with the AEM EMS. Kill a couple of cylinders by switching maps-disable ignition and fuel to those two cylinders. What's Dodge got to do with it?
