...immediately after a tech installed a new blower motor resistor for me.

I picked the car up late, or I would have just questioned it with him, but it never flashed before and right after the resistor is put in...it starts.

Is it possible for the warning light to have been accidentally triggered with this repair, or is this just a freak coincidence?
