Default ok what should i do to my car now???

ok ive now got a 1989 si hatch back. got it after my 1st gen crx si was turn into acourden. i blow the stock 1.6L motor back in Jan. week before my birthday. i was working on finishing my b18a1 that i was puting back together. put that motor in, first swap ive ever done,. had lost of fun with that. now ive got everone in louisville wanting me to swap motor for them. the car is great now! lol. but i want to do more for power, but ive got to many thing i know i could do to do it. i just fixed the honda cancer. the car has tokico blue racing all around it. three tie bars, couldn't get the lower front on. i have one thing that i have to do to it befor i can do more to the motor. ive got to get the frame on the driver side fixed. it not bad just makes the front end look weird. but after i do that. what should i do to it. should i build another stock block or should i get one of the dart blocks ive been looking at??? im kinda lost really, im looking to get as much as i can and keep the old skool. no vtec! i want to show everyone here in louisville that u dont have to have vtec to get power.

So what should i do now!!!
and thanx for any info

sry for spelling i suck at it.</TD></TR></TABLE> seriously vtec does not equal power and you should really read the faq before you post. Tie bars are pretty much a load of crap unless you have the neuspeed front / password /explicit...but I'm pretty sure you don't. Update your suspension before you go for power, and how bout brakes. Seriously Tokico blues are basically replacement OEM shocks get something good before you boost or swap like Koni's or Illuminas, even AGX. How bout you get a cage so your car isn't another "acourden". seriously, power is the last thing you should think about please read all of the FAQ and best of luck...Stop thinking about being cool for the people of Louisville and do something for yourself...I am tired of pointless post like this and you should make HT your RO /rant

If you know so much about drag why the tie bars? and if you want information on the motor search seriously you will find out more information that way. Not to mention you are asking a forum where its mostly maitenence...there is an Drag/all motor forum.

This is amazing, this pile of letters pains me greatly.

I honestly am just sadened.

If you don't want vtec either a b18a/b or for less cash even a a6.

Get a set of pistons, rods, main stud kit, and maybe a main girdle. But which parts depends on how much power you want to make?

It could be, only way to tell for sure is to look at the engine harness plugs. Clear/yellow = OBD0, Grey = OBD1.

Edit: Didn't you say it was a B18A1? That's OBD0 then. Sorry that I said it was a B18B. You should still just turbo it though.

Nobody can just throw out part names to help you build a turbo kit. You're going to have to *gasp* do your own research and make your own decisions on that one because there are so many different options and factors that come into play when bulding one. Good luck!

Again, I'd suggest you start by visiting the forced induction forum here or visiting http://www.homemadeturbo.com. That's where you'll get your best information.

I don't care you suck at spelling, this is flat unsat. English is my 2nd langauge this is appaling.

For most all builds the block itself will be strong enough, parts in it another story, you can sleave the block if you choose.
