Default how to manually turn the cam??

i just build a b16a head and right now it is off the block and i just got a set of aem cam gears thinking i can manually turn the cam but there is no way they r going to turn. i need to turn the cam so i can do the valve clearance on the other two cylinders. so does anyone know how to manually turn the cams????

turn them by the bolt that is holding the cam gears on.

Install the gears then turn the big 14mm bolts that hold them onto the cams.

you need to set the valve clearances with the engine assembled if you want everything to be correct, but if you dont care then keep on with what your doing.
