Q: can i put Integra coil assy. to '93 D16Z6?

Q: can i put Integra coil assy. to '93 D16Z6?
my coil assy went bust, but in dealership there is no for my Civic, but there is for the Integra TypeR B18C1! so could I put this in my car?!
'cause the igniter unit is the same, Hitachi e12-303...so that won't make any diffference!
btw, i still have the Honda spark wires for '93 D16Z6 & NGK ZFR6J-11...would it work, or do I have to replace them?
