I just got done with my mpfi swap on my b16a1 in my 88 crx dx,woo thats over now what? Well my stock headers wont fit as many probably already know, my option is to buy a new header or traction bar. how ever I was wondering if anyone has notched out there traction bar and what has happend to it since then. is it safe? I would just do it right and buy a new header but I dont even have gas money for it right now because I'm broke. any info on notched traction bars is extremely appreicated! I just wanna drive my crx cause its been a 4month process of gettin this all put together

i had a local muffler shop notch the factory subframe and weld in a plate to support the notch area. either that or go aftermarket for clearance. up to you.
