What are the pros and cons of this material in exhaust systems?

 

304 is the most common material used right now i believe AFI is using 316 which is kick *** because of its better heat cycles. 409 i've never heard used for a manifold i would believe that 321 and 347 would be used for 409 and befor that you would just use inconel anyway

 

the rsr exmag gt 2 used to use the 409 SUS and upgraded to the 304 SUS. I was looking to buy the older version and save $180
