Ouch! From the looks of it it seems that it was hit pretty hard. Maybe damage to the shock support and frame My guess is they will total it.

that's not too too bad, i had almost the same damage to my 00 si except i kicked in the door and mirror (long story), prob looking around $6k-$8K in damage
