Default NEED HELP QUICK! Car stalls everytime I let go off the gas! For no reason!

Hey guys I have been gone for 4 months and my car wasnt driven during that time. I just came back, had to get a new battery and now some problems. Driving out of my neighborhood was fine but then all of a sudden everytime i let go off the gas it stalls so i either have to step on the gas and let go of the clutch, or start the car all over again. I have left my car for periods like this but this has never happened before. Any thoughts? Every time I let go it stalls now.

96 accord
98 h22a
msd ignition, ss coil
cams...other junk but not sure whats relevant to list

Thanks, was going to get my emissions tested but cant now

I'd first check to see if the IACV got stuck from sitting? Thats my first wild guess
CEL on or any codes stored in the ECU?

My fault shouldve checked the rotor and cap before i posted. Not sure why but I have gone through like 3 rotors. maybe the msd is frying it.
