Safe to drive car with Crank Pulley off ???
My crankshaft is F^&*cked. Teeth and key destroyed, grinded metal, Pulley bolt stripped, broke, and half of it is still in the crank. It's either dissamble and put new crankshaft and seals, or buy another h22 motor. Crank pulley is a piece of trash now.
For the time being I know I'm gonna lose the Accesory belts, but do I need that pulley attached to the crank or can trash it ? Car drives, but I don't know for how long. Could I drive with the crank as is temporarly ?

Well then, you should be fine other than that.

yea u can drive, but ur car will die after a short period of time..once the battery is drained. My boys 300zx alternator died and his battery cut out 10 mins later..his engine just shut off and he almost crashed cause he lost PS and brake booster. but whatever..just dont do it, its a bad idea all around.
Ok, I'm gonna do this .. but just wanted to know ..
1. The OEM Crank pulley has a harmonic rubber inside to reduce engine vibration or some $$hit like that, so I was thinking .. Will it be o.k. to drive without it for like 2 weeks ? Engine mounts are OEM so my engine vibrates hella high and low ( coilover term
)
2. How is the timing gear setup on the crankshaft ? Without the Crank pulley, will the timing gear walk on the crankshaft ? I remember seeing a big washer there between the timing gear and the crank pulley. So is that washer holding the gear in place.
I would avoid all of this if my crank wasn't stripped like that. I mean I can't even put my pulley back on without it wobbling.
Final question .....
3. On a 100 percentage scale, what are the chances that the timing belt will snap or come off of the gear if i drive the car for 2 weeks, 20 miles per day overall and keeping the engine rpms below 3000 ???

The vibration on the mounts isnt what you need to worry about, the harmonics can cause crankwalk, timing problems, that = boom, all those things you mentioned will compound to own your motor..
If you dont have any other choice I would suggest calling a taxi dude, otherwise your going to be putting a new engine in. i give it a 85% chance of destruction. If you were living near me I would help you out and loan you my 240..Being without a car sucks.

yea, I guess its a common thing. Did his just die as well?

i had to do that just like 2 weeks ago. i broke my crank pulley about 15 miles away from my house. i called my buddy over to pull me back to my house but there was alot of traffic so didnt want to deal with pulling it. so with my optima and greddy turbo timer set on the voltage meter i was able to make it. im not saying that it was a good i idea but it was safer than towing it in that traffic. honestly just catch a ride from buddies, call a cab or ride the bus. being patient for two weeks will save you alot more money.
