Default Need longer Speedo cable?

After my b swap my speedo cable keeps popping out because it is to short and barely fits. What car speedo cable would work for the crx OBD0 cluster??
thanks

I was hoping someone had a similiar problem and could recomend a speedo that helped fix the problem. I would think the 90 integra would be longer and same type but not sure????

this is a first, I have never heard of this problem with the b-swaps. if you take the cluster cover off and see where the line goes there is a little slack you might be able to pull out. I personally dont think you have it clipped in properly, you can push it in so it works but it will come out when you pull on it. You should be able to pull on it very hard and it stays in, when its installed correctly. Try installing it again

ht chap sorry if i'm threadjacking here....let us know if this is the same way it works with yours....

mine will clip in and stay put just fine. it's just that the cable itself doesn't poke through the sheath or whatever far enough to engage the speedo. i can hear it clicking/rattling around and the clatter increases with my speed. it's definitely installed in the transmission correctly....

wouldn't it stand to reason that if the motor/tranny were placed differently than stock (ie different mount kits, or just a swap in general) then a different cable might be necessary? i mean throttle & clutch cables are adjustable, speedo cable is not.
