best way to do piston/valve clearance???
im gonna be putting together my engine soon and im kinda worried cause my head was decked .030 i have low compression pistons but i still wanna check the clearances.....whats the best way to do this? i know i gotta put some playdough in the piston but whats the best way to turn it over cause i should probably check it when its in Vtec right? let me know......im trying to find out what size head gasket to get.......any help appreciated.
? engine are we talkin about , different engines have few different ways to engage for checking clearance, generally you can pull rockers apart and put some sort of spacer inside rocker with engagement pin, to lock together, , of course only need to do on one cylinder, and make shure to remove.
thanks guys.....
....im gonna be trying this soon so we'll see whats up....if i have some questions ill ask. thanks again!
