92 lude h22

I recently got a 92 h22 lude and everytime the gas gets down to a 1/4 the car bogs like its not getting sufficient amount or fuel or something. any one help?

Sounds like a funky fuel pump to me.

i would try a fuel system cleaning or maybe even a fuel filter before i did a pump
