Default Difference between B18C5 and B16A Head Gasket ?

I have seen several folks suggest you can interchange these head gaskets, but the Honda part numbers are different. Does anybody know the difference between the OEM parts aside from the obvious $50 ? thanks.

Nevermind... 2 different Honda Dealers gave me information for the valve cover gasket instead of the head gasket... The head gaskets are, in fact, the same part number. Turns out the Honda part (from a discount source) is actually $25 MORE than from Baranco Acura !
