i have a b20z w/ gsr head, ls tranny, dc 4-1 header, pr3 mugen ecu, no intake
what can i do to add more power........... don't have much money

 

Get a better job.

NAWZZZ is cheap

 

Cheap:
get a real tune
exhaust
no intake is hurting

drive what you have, learn a thing or two, save your money for later on, build something even more fun.

 

Get a better tranny..see how u like that before u spend alot of money...and then spray the house down.

 

i have a good job just have to many payments a month. i have an exhaust and i run my intake. it's allmotor i don't want to run nos... i just got my new J1 tranny. just need a little more info on what i can do.

 

If you are tight on money and want more performance what you could look into is weight reduction.

 

Buy some ITR cams or CTR cams they are cheap you just have to look for some

 

Get rid of the ls tranny, a ys1 GSR trans can be found if your willing to search. This will be your best mod hands down. HUGE improvement

 

get some valve springs retainers and cams and you will see some gains and well the heads off replace the valve seals and get the head p&p

so i put a ctr intake cam in. i don't notice any more power. has anyone got any good results out of them

 

tune the damn thing. you cant expect to drop in parts and have instant power.

 

does any one know a good place to have my car tuned in NV. or CA

thats like me saying i put in high comp pistons and felt nothing with no tune.

TUNE your setup.

 

any body know a good setting for some aem cam gears for my set up

Trying to adjust them on the street without tuning and seeing what's going on is pointless.
