Buy a haynes repair manual.

And you dont HAVE TO buy polyurethane bushings, the sway bar bushings and brackets should come with the sway bar kit.

If im not mistaken.

Crawl under your car and look at the sway bar. It's usually just two endlinks and you can use most of the stock parts. Whatever you can't use stock the sway bar will come with. And turn off caps.

and what car was the mag referring to? Reason I ask is because the 92-95 and 96-00 Civic's had a potential problem with putting rear sway bars on. You could rip part of your rear subframe out depending on how stiff the sway bar was and how stiff of springs you had on the rear. And on those year Civic's the rear subframe was welded to the chassis, not bolted on like Accords so damaging that meant a costly repair. So companies started making braces and such to help strengthen the rear subframe so people could run stiffer sway bars without the worry of breaking things. The mag could have been referring to something like that, something the Accords don't need to worry about.

First of all, learn how to type correctly.

Second, you need the installation kit that will come with the sway bar in order it install it. The LX does not come with a rear sway bar from the factory, so you will have to add end links, and the mounting plates that bolt to the subframe. Without these pieces, you will not be able to install the bar, as there are not any stock units to reuse.

No. Ours is bolted in, and much stronger than the civic's, which is welded in. There will not be any damage caused to the subframe.

If you buy the bar brand new, it will come with an installation kit. The kit will include everything you need to install the bar.

correct, like hurleyint said, the subframe of the Accord is much stronger than that of the Civic.
