1988 civic dx turn signals and hazards do not work!

as the title says....dont kno what the problem could be. already checked the fuses adn checked the steering wheel. any suggestions?

check your hazard button. if it doesn't work, niether will your turn signals....

also check the dimmer switch for the instrument cluster...
