gathering parts for my first ever turbo set-up.
the motor is a d16y8

so far the set up will be

greddy manifold
greddy td04h
k-teller 2.5 downpipe
SRE intercooler piping
RFL blow off valve
rc 440 injectors
walbro 255 lph in tank pump
stealthmode oil lines

will be looking for about 7psi on stock motor.
any advice for a beginner? any suggestions for a decent front mount intercooler?

Ebay intercooler are decent if you want to keep it on the low budget. Just remember to get it tune and you should be good.
