I thought I saw something like this in like Popular Mechanics in 2003 lol.

EDIT: A more realistic solution would be something like Michelin's PAX system or the mousse filled tires they use in the WRC.

I saw this a few years back. I don't think it will do that good in the market.

I saw this on history channel's modern marvels, Very interesting how its made, supposably the ride quality is extremly smooth because the tweel acts like a cushion.
