I just put back my power steering lines on my car, but somehow I'm not getting any power steering. I tried opening from the ps pump pressure line it shoot fluid so the pump is working. I look around for leak but there isn't any, still full in the reservoir. Drove around the block lighter than before, but complete stop still turn like ****...!

I'm confused, any ideas H-T guys...

 

how are the lines? not kinked at all?
belt slipping?

 

the lines are good and no kink. how tight the belt should be?

 

sounds like an air bubble in the line. Did you bleed it? The belt should be just tight enough to twist it to about 120 degrees off standard. Or, 3/4" slack.

 

ok that's an interesting question that i haven't heard of. how do you bleed the ps line? Very curious...

 

with most all preasurized lines an air bubble will cause a loss in motion of fluids and power loss.

 

ok now i got everything working but there is a little line that is leaking fluid.
i know for an eg there are two return lines that go to the reservoir but i have the integra reservoir which only have one return line.

What can i do with the other line? I tried to stick a screw in the tube but still leaks.
