valve adjusting clearence

valve adjusting clearence
I set my d16z6 head to .007 and it still is kinda loud. Do u guys know what it is supposes to be. I looked in the haynes book but couldn't find the clearance.

#1 error there, owning a haynes manual. Burn that crap and get the proper factory manuals. Posession of said factory manual should be a prerequiste for working on a car. That goes for everyone
Try to stick with the middle road of the factory specs on the valve lash. Here's a walkthrough with specs u need.
