no regrets.. and i wish i still have my s2000.. if you can afford one with your income and still have some extra money savings, why not...

i can almost say i was in the same boat as you. i had a ITR before my S and i was getting tired of gettting all the wrong attention. as far as praticality, the S may not be the most practical car but it sure as hell more practical then my R was. with the R i couldn't take it everywhere i NEEDED to go especially, as my DD.

I drove an S2000 for awhile. Never got harassed, just lots of looks. If you keep it stock...depending on your city, I don't think you'll have much hassle. I mean, S2000's will get stolen...but...most cars stolen in the street scene are any type of cars that have uninversal parts worth value.
A beat to **** rusty civic with a p300 hondata and some rims would be stolen before an s2000 in my city. But i live in a smaller city..maybe 90k population up in wisconsin

What happened to your s2000? I always wanted an s2000 since they came out but I was in high school at the time with no funds but over time that changed.

Did your ITR have any security? How is the s2000's standard security?

Sorry to hear that. Yeah give or take 13 or 14 I remember reading it on some car magazine and really wanted it but was too young to drive or know much about it.
