i need help with my anti-thief code for my radio. i have the card that gives me the code. i believe its a wrong code. but i don't know. so my question is - is there anything special trick i am suppose to do while i enter the code or part that im not doing right? plz help me - ill be you friend
no...theres no special tricks..just punch in the code when you start ur car up and your radio screen asks for it.
if its not working and you're punching the code in right...take it to the dealership

Well, if that's not working take it to the dealership where you bought it, they may have in their computer. If they don't they're going to charge you ninety bucks to remeove your stereo and check the back of it(where the number is located),
good luck
or you can remove it yourself and check for yourself. I was in a hurry and said fck it, and paid those bastards to do it.

What code are you entering?
How many times have you tried it?
I would disconnect the battery and try it again. If its on the card that came with the car it should be the correct one.

Why would they put an anti-theft code on the back of the radio? That kind of defeats the whole ANTI part.

thanks for everyones suggestions.
. i can get the serial number by pushing 1 and 6 when i turn on the radio. i guess ill give them a call with my serial number to see if they can give me a different code. i think it could be because i couldn't find any dealership that had white, so they had to trade another dealer for it and thats where they could have mixed the numbers up.
. if that don't work ill have to take it in, its still under warranty i hope. this all happened because i disconnected the battery to install my injen cai. thanks again for everyones input.
