my brother is moving from europe to minnesota. he needs a car but doesn't know what to look for in the us.
he is looking for:
1 a reliable car
2 good gas mileage
3 low pricing (3000dollar max)
4 non auto tranny

something like a civic? or what kind of car would you guys say is any good? toyota? nissan?
