maybe its just the pics, but appears that your manifold doesnt fit the head.

Glad to see that your doing a lot of the work here your self..

I do see a couple problems tho.. first off, that turbo and 400hp goal is not a good idea. You will see heat soak like no tomarrow.

Probly would have been a little smarter to flip the turbo around so that your charge piping didn't have to cross the hottest point of your car, this will cause some serious increase in IAT's (Intake Air Temps).

As someone else already stated.. might wanna double check your flow going from the head to the exhaust manifold.. doubting the ports line up very well.

swap your zip ties on the vacume lines out for hose clamps.. you will have much better luckt hat way.

Next time u pull your tranny.. you might wanna support the motor instead of lettin it hang like it was in the pix.. thats hell on your other mounts.. and with the added power, your going to need those mounts to be in the best condition possible.

Other than that.. get tuned & have some fun! Best of luck to ya!

Damn it gotta pull the tranny and replace the clutch. Dont got a ton of cash
so i ordered a 6 puck XTR clutch off ebay for $140 looks ok installed it ill let ya
know how it works later.

That's good that it looks good, do u see ur clutch a lot once the tranny is installed?

just make a fairly thick heatshield for the manifold, and maybe heatwrap the pipe.

cough pwned cough

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...QrdZ1

the markings on that turbo on ebay sure look similar

so before you start calling people dipshits and acting like a hardass get the facts on your own build straight.

I think the kit looks good for when cash is low. Good luck, i like it

and BTW, ebay does not make turbos. They are an online auction.

If thats the case, I've owned 3 Ebay Civics. Woot Woot!
