Pilot Bearing question!

Default Pilot Bearing question!

can i just tap the pilot bearing from the flywheel? i know they make tools but i dont feel like finding a tool to remove a damn pilot bearing.

yeah you can do that same thing to put it back in but me i would or i have used a socket to hit it with dont just hit directly witht he hammer use block of wood or a socket or something

yeah, i have to replace the cv boot too, so i figured while im doing the clutch job i might as well.. since the axle had to come out. and since the tires are off.. im replacing a wheel stud too. it sucks cuase i want to work on it but i get off of work so late im too tired to do it, and it needs to get done, and im out of town in a week. so it has to get done within a few days.. my bday is in 3 days, and as i predicted, i would be working on my car on my bday. its my only day off.
