My Latest Progression
I picked up some of these:
Took out Crome:
(It's a chip hooked up to 2Timer for those that are going to ask (so I can run two maps).
Chipped my first PO6. Installed VTEC + Socket components.
Got Neptune RTP:
Currently tunning it, and I like it over Crome so far.
Then this is a little Off Topic.
But I installed one of these:
In my friend's EG:

Sorry sorry your buddies EG...I need to learn how to read my bad. His numbers on his block look scratched up too. I'm not saying but then again I'm saying...he might get flamed on here for having something kinda fishy. It might just be my crappy resolution monitor and if that's the case then I'm sorry.

A 2Timer is a board that a normal 28 pin EEPROM chips plugs in, it enables you to program and switch between two maps via the use of a ground. Simply put, the 2Timer board goes in between the chip and the ECU.
Hondata natively supports dual maps, or alteast the S300 does. The 2Timer is good for when you are running Crome, Uberdata, or something of that sort that is not hardware based.

Does the 2timer plug into the socket in the ECU? You then plug in a chip on top right? I have a p28 open in front of me right now, and I was thinking maybe that would be useful to get, so i can have a emergency stock map just incase I get stuck in a place with only bad gas.
PGMfi.org is down, do you have any sites that has stuff related to ECU tuning? specifically uberdata, an such.

As GO-FIGHT-KILL confirmed, that is correct. But remember, on an engine with different internals such cams, pistons and such running a stock map will not put you on the safe side because generally, it will call for more gas. So instead of taking the risk of leaning out your car on a stock map, I would just run an identical map or a richened map with relaxed ignition timming. Not saying that running rich is safe, but its safer then running lean.

PGMfi.org is down because their server died. However, the forums are still online, you just have to use the direct link: http://forum.pgmfi.org
And if you need the main site itself, you can use this cached link to access it:
http://web.archive.org/web/200...i.org/
Having 2 Maps is a pretty smart idea, there are endless uses for it.
I'm glad Neptune RTP natively supports it.

Ok, thought the S300 was better. Thanks for clearing that up.

RTP (Real Time Programing) is always better. Something that the Hondata S300 and Neptune RTP have. No need for chip burning or emulators. All that you need is a USB Cord, which is included. Not to mention that fact that Crome sucks in idle control.

And thus the reason I got the S300 system. I can hook right into it.

I'll have a dyno within a year.
Shop is changing... for the best here very shortly. Finally FINALLY I've got him convinced to go Ecomerce...
Oh, and if you want to fill the bottle, we'll have NoS and race fuel... 112 and 110 (maybe a little 100 for me too
)
You should come up soon.

Dyno? Good stuff! I need one to practice tunning on...
I lost 4 WHP on 101 octane compared to 93 octane
I'll probably pay you a visit before Expo.
