B18 Swap Help

Default B18 Swap Help

Well we got the b18 running and drivign but it idle's so high, around 1500-2000 , the idle is turned all the way down but it still does it , any suggestions.

Check throttle cable, make sure it has slack in it.

If it's loose, make sure you don't have a intake leak somewhere like a damaged gasket or missing vaccum hose.

It could be anything, try to take off the thing (forget the name, itv?) that is underneath the throttle body and screw the internal piece all the way back in. That sometimes gives people really high, screwey idles.
